Overview of Services

Our electron microscopy and microanalysis center offers a wide range of services, including scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD).
We can analyze a wide variety of samples, including metals, ceramics, polymers, and composites. Our microscopes have resolutions down to the nanometer level, and we can provide detailed information about the structure and chemical composition of your sample.
